"Having no success finding anyone/company reply to requests for wax removal I found Munro Hearing Solutions by chance online. Leza responded immediately and came to my home within 48 hours. She explained everything with great care and was very careful with covid restrictions. I wear hearing aids and they had been “screeching” so much I had to remove one. The suctioning was painless and what a relief. I could hear again and had to reduce the volume on the aids plus the TV. Leza contacted me within a few days to check up on how things were and again within the week. Wonderful service!"

"Contacted Leza because my local surgery was not not carrying out this procedure due to covid restrictions. I phoned Leza and was given an appointment that evening. The procedure was quick and painless and Leza explained everything that was happening. My ears are completely clear now. I was very happy with the service."

"We were giving Leza's name through our local surgery as the district nurses are not doing this service at the moment. Very impressed, taking into consideration my dads age 92. Struggling to hear. Great advice about getting in touch with Audiology, we got new hearing aids within 48 hours. Great service from Leza, great service from the NHS.
